Key West Fries

 These fries are inspired by the famous crabfries of Chickies and Pete's in Phili.  We take our crisp waffle fries and season them with an Old Bay / Key West style seasoning.  Served with a side of warm white cheese sauce for dipping.  $4.50

Buffalo Soldiers

 Three mini North American bison burger patties that are naturally low in fat and high in iron, charbroiled and topped with roasted red pepper mayo, Vermont sharp white cheddar and applewood-smoked bacon.  Served on mini toasted Brioche buns with lettuce and Roma tomatoes and your choice of side.  $9.99

Merlot Mushroom Stuffed Burger

A charbroiled Angus patty stuffed with a mushroom, onion and merlot reduction.  Finished with melted Gruyere cheese and served on garlic buttered Vienna bread with your choice of side.  $9.29

Bacon Wrapped Seafood Skewers

Jumbo gulf shrimp and sweet bay scallops wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon
placed on a skewer and charbroiled.  Served in a sizzling skillet with a white
wine garlic sauce and toasted crostini.    $10.99

Classic Chicken and Dumplings

A generous portion of tender pulled chicken with celery, onions, carrots and peas slowly simmered in a savory chicken broth.  Finished with fluffy homemade dumplings.  $9.99

Spring Training Sausage Platter
