Barbeque Ranch Chicken SaladCrisp romaine lettuce tossed with ranch dressing, chili-roasted corn. scallions, diced cucumber and tomato. Topped with BBQ basted chicken breast, shredded pepper jack and Tabasco fried onion strings.

Chicken Quesadilla SaladA grilled bean and cheese quesadilla surrounds mixed greens, fire-roasted corn, pico de gallo, diced tomato, avocado, red onions and fajita-marinated chicken breast strips. Garnished with Monterey Jack cheese, scallions and served with a salsa ranch dressing.
